CASA loves Baggage Claim!- The latest Mates album has been nominated for two CARA awards by the Contemporary A Cappella Society! Baggage Claim has been nominated for best mixed album and the track Warning Sign has been nominated for best mixed arrangement!(2/1/07)

| The Amalgamates, Tufts University's oldest coed a cappella group, was established in 1984 by a group of singers who wanted to sing with both men and women. Since then, the group has upheld a tradition of outstanding musicality and energetic performances. The 'Mates have to date recorded ten albums. They also travel nationwide performing at large and small venues, colleges, universities, high schools and the like. The members are artists, students, friends, but above all they are 'Mates forever joined in song. |
