Alumni Legacy Reception greets 146 incoming students

September 10, 2007--The Tufts University Alumni Association (TUAA) on August 29 hosted a reception for 146 incoming freshmen “legacies” and their families. Legacies follow in the footsteps of a parent, grandparent or sibling. The Coolidge Room event included a warm welcome from Tim Brooks, director of alumni relations and Sunny Breed, J66, AG72, TUAA president. Lee Coffin, dean of admissions provided an overview of the Class of 2011. Guests also enjoyed light refreshments while listening to Tufts own a cappella groups, the Bubs, Jills and Mates.
