Tufts Hillel Alumni Alliance - Passover Cooking Demonstration
Putting the Spice Back Into Your Seder: Recipes To Renew Your Passover

Description: Tufts Hillel Alumni Alliance, a chapter of the Tufts University Alumni Association, proudly presents a Passover Cooking Demonstration with a twist! Move over the Manischewitz and make room for the heavenly cooking of Tara Deshpande Tennebaum, executive chef and owner of Azalea Catering. For years, Tara has nourished her classes and audiences with her culinary talents. Professionally trained in India and the United States, Tara has been widely recognized for her innovative cuisine by U.S. culinary institutes and the media, including WGBH Channel 2 and The Boston Globe. Join our culinary adventure as we prepare and taste Passover foods from around the world. Kosher ingredients including fish, dairy and vegetarian foods will be used.

Date & Time: Sunday April 9, 2006 from 1 - 3 pm

Location & Directions:
Azalea Catering kitchen, 31 Germania St., Building J, Jamaica Plain
Germania St. is off Amory St. in Jamaica Plain and about 6 minutes walking distance from Stonybrook T station on the orange line. Parking is easily available inside the compound.

Cost: $35 per person includes all ingredients and instruction

RSVP: Space is limited to 25. Please RSVP by March 30 by sending a check for $35 to "Passover Cooking Demonstration" c/o Tufts Hillel, Granoff Family Hillel Center, 220 Packard Ave, Medford, MA 02155.
