Username and password retrieval

You can get your username and password via one of the quick and easy methods below:

a) Use the automated login retrieval system. Enter the email address associated with your profile and the system will automatically send your username and password to that account. If you activated an @alumni.tufts.edu address, that is likely the address the system is looking to match.

b) Email olchelp@tufts.edu with your name, school/class year, your date of birth and the last four digits of your SSN and a staff member in the office of alumni relations will assist you.
