The Tufts Mathematics Department is housed in the Bromfield-Pearson Building,
located on the Tufts Medford Campus in the triangle bounded by College Avenue,
Boston Avenue, and Dearborn Street. You can find the building on the
official campus map by clicking
on "University" and looking at the lower right corner of the section you
get.
To get to Tufts by public transportation take the MBTA ("T") Red Line (subway) to the Davis station and take the College Avenue exit. At the exit a good campus map is provided. (Our building is the only one that is cut exactly in half by the Medford-Somerville city line.) Walk up College Avenue or take the 94 or 96 bus up College Avenue to the first stop after Powder House Square. Alternatively, take a Tufts shuttle to the Mayer Campus Center on Professors Row. It runs every 20 minutes starting on the hour. (If you come from Harvard Square you can take bus 96 directly.) To get to the Mathematics Department, stop (by foot or bus) at the corner of College Avenue and Dearborn Street (first bus stop after Powder House Square) and you will see our building a bit off to the right.
More detail is provided in the printable directions.
