The Service Concept and Design Department at GTE Labs has an opening for a
summer research associate (for up to 3 months).  This is for an
undergraduate (preferred) or recent B.A./B.S. student with some human
factors coursework or experience.  We prefer someone local as there is no
money for relocation expenses.

The job will involve a combination of usability testing, design,  the
preparation of specifications, as well as related tasks, working primarily
on new services that involve speech recognition.
