Continue to apply controls to minimize Workersí Compensation impact on the corporation Program Development - plan, implement and evaluate the results of ergonomic efforts. Job Analysis - conduct job analysis for application to Workers' Compensation accommodations, business reengineering efforts, Technology, Real Estate, ADA, and legal requirements. Technical Expertise - provide technical expertise regarding ergonomic issues to various AEFA departments. Training - Coordinate and assist in conducting ergonomics training. Business Requirements - perform the business management requirements of the AEFA Ergonomics Program.
