Job Description:

Continue the present efforts of the ergonomics program at AEFA while 
expanding the program to better serve the needs of AEFA's business and 
employee requirements.  

Continue to apply controls to minimize Workersí Compensation impact on 
the corporation

Program Development - plan, implement and evaluate the results of 
ergonomic efforts.

Job Analysis - conduct job analysis for application to Workers' 
Compensation accommodations, business reengineering efforts, Technology, 
Real Estate, ADA, and legal requirements.

Technical Expertise - provide technical expertise regarding ergonomic 
issues to various AEFA departments.

Training - Coordinate and assist in conducting ergonomics training.

Business Requirements - perform the business management requirements of 
the AEFA Ergonomics Program.

Support the Corporate American Express Ergonomics Program - assist in 
the development, testing, and implementation of components of the AMEX 
Ergonomics Program.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in a field related to ergonomics; along with,
3 or more years of experience in the field of Ergonomics

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in a field related to Ergonomics; along with,
1 - 3 years of experience in the field of Ergonomics
