Human Factors/Usability Engineer

TASC is seeking an individual to work with the User Interface Design
group and other TASC technical teams to provide support across all
phases of the user-centered design process. You will participate in
user and task analysis, design, rapid prototyping and usability
evaluation for a variety of projects for government and commercial
customers.

Required qualifications include a Bachelors/Masters degree in
Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, or Human Factors
Engineering, with knowledge of statistics and experimental design;
good interpersonal communication skills, including interviewing,
listening, observing and negotiation skills, and the ability to work
in a team environment. Desired qualifications include experience with
interactive prototyping tools, knowledge of the software development
process, and familiarity with a high-level programming language.
