This high-profile position places you in direct contact with the senior
management of Banner Blue. 

As a User Interface Designer, you will:  · Understand all the challenges
our customers face in finding and organizing information about their
ancestors · Translate marketing requirements into product features and a
UI design · Build a coherent design philosophy for the product line based
on a clear understanding of the product line^Òs history · Sell your
designs to senior management and get "buy-in" from both Marketing and
Engineering throughout the design cycle · Adapt design specifications as
feature architecture changes · Take a pragmatic approach to balancing
design ideals and technical limitations in creating UI designs

The ideal candidate would come with the following experience and
abilities:  · 1-2 years experience working on UI Design, including the
design and layout of dialogs · Authorship of at least one significant
functional specification · BS or BA degree · Knowledge about programming,
in particular what is possible and what is not
