Lodestone Research is seeking an experienced Human Factors Engineer for 
our Loveland CO office. You will be responsible for working with various 
clients in developing and executing user-centered research programs, 
including working with client team members representing software, 
hardware, industrial design, marketing, learning products, and quality. 
The ideal candidate will have: A Masters or Ph.D. in Human Factors with 
at least five years of post-graduate school experience in a corporate or 
consulting environment; experience designing and evaluating user 
interfaces; knowledge of all phases of user-centered design and the 
evaluation tools or methods appropriate for each development phase; 
ability to work as both a team leader and a team member; excellent 
communication and writing skills; ability to be flexible and 
well-organized. Graphics design experience and/or international testing 
experience would be an added plus.
