Aviation Research Associate.  Monterey Technologies, Inc.(MTI) has an
immediate opening for a full-time, permanent position.  Minimum
qualifications include a Master s degree in human factors or closely
related field, and familiarity with civil aviation.  Based on training
or experience, the individual must be able to plan and execute applied
behavioral research, test participants, and perform basic data summaries
and analyses.  Good written and oral communication skills are
essential.  One or two years experience in applied behavioral research
is highly desirable.  The position is at the Los Gatos, CA office of
MTI.  However, the initial work assignment will be at NASA Ames Research
Center, Mountain View, CA.  MTI offers a competitive salary and a
