We are chartered to deliver world-class appearance and operability to our customers. Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related field. At least 1 year of industry experience. Job Description: Create UI design specifications for implementation by hardware and software product development teams. Identify customer requirements for UI operability. Products range from printer control panels to GUI designs [Motif, Windows NT, occasional Web]. Design, conduct, and evaluate user tests of system operability. Benchmark competitive UI designs to understand current and future trends.
