contract positions with potential for permanent positions. We are
seeking talented people who are creative thinkers, self motivated,
excellent communicators, and work across boundaries and disciplines.

USER INTERFACE DESIGNER

Required Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in usability engineering, visual interface
design, web development, application development, or related area.
- Understanding of limitations and capabilities in web-based client
server application development.
- Minimum bachelors degree in computer science, cognitive science,
industrial design, graphic design or related field.
- Ability and willingness to travel a must.

Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Experience working in cutting-edge, web-based, client-server
application development.
- Programming/prototyping skills in HTML, Dynamic HTML, Java, Javascript,
ActiveX, Perl, cgi-bin.
- Experience in requirements gathering, task analysis, usability
testing, etc.
- Advanced degree in HCI, Cognitive Sciences, Industrial Design, or
related field.


VISUAL INTERFACE DESIGNER

Required Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience developing web/internet applications.
- Expertise in visual interaction design, capabilities and
limitations of html, imaging for the web, and associated software
tools.
- Familiarity with Unix, cgi-bin applications, Perl, Java, Javascript
- Strong understanding of page layout, typography, color theory.


Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with computer graphics, motion graphics, video, sound,
animation, 3D design and associated software tools.
- Advanced degree in visual/graphic design, interactive media design,
computer graphics, or related field.
- Willingness to travel a plus.
