Position:  Usability Test Specialist

Job Function:  Usability Test Services

Location:  Billerica, MA 


Responsibilities:

Work with closely with engineering and product management teams to
test usability of routing, switching, and network management products as
they are being developed. Working as project lead, research and design
test plans. Create prototypes.  Administer usability tests to Bay
customers in our test lab, and at customer sites. Analyze customer data
and use to create test reports. Present results to development teams,
and make design recommendations to improve usability of networking
products.  


Qualifications:

B.S. computer science, human factors engineering, business or
related field. Candidate must have strong computer skills, plus some
experience in human factors/human-computer interaction.  Ideal candidate
will have some experience with usability testing, and be familiar with
networking concepts. Programming experience a plus. Must have excellent
written and oral communication skills, and be able to work in a
fast-paced environment. Some travel required.
