Subject: HP in Vancouver opportunity Today we opened up an opportunity here that one of your grad or undergrad students may be interested in: a paid HP summer human factors internship. The focus of the position will be to design usability evaluations for our various printers, standardize those procedures for future use so that we can compare our "usability progress" across products, perform usability testing with subjects, and relay conclusions and recommendations. The intern will also get exposed to dabbling in many of the other human factors efforts we have going on here (we have 8 full time HFEs here at Vancouver). Please put out the word among your HF students, and maybe one of them will click with the opening. It's an interesting opportunity and a progressive work environment. They can contact me directly for more info. Thanks. Hope things are well with you. E-talk to you later! Scott scott_price@vcd.hp.com 360-212-3916
