Visual Designer 
We seek a Visual Designer who is experienced in the design of user
interfaces for the Internet and MS Windows software products. 

Accountabilities include: 
Work with Usability and Design Engineers to design the look and feel of
web-based and Windows products.  
Support user interfaces for online retrieval products and multi-media
demonstrations.
Create design treatments, web page templates, and visual design elements
for user interface prototypes as well as final products.
Work with internal and external resources in providing solutions that meet
the aesthetic, budgetary, and schedule requirements of projects. 
Communicate and work effectively with team members, including project
managers, product managers, and software engineers.

Experience: BS/BA in Graphics Design or equivalent and 2+ years experience
required.  Critical skills include traditional graphic design, the use of
digital design tools, the optimization of graphics for use on the web, and
the design of web page layout.  Must also have experience with color
theory, typography, layout, and iconography.
