We are seeking candidates with either a BS/BA or MS degree in human factors, psychology, or a related field. You will join an existing four-person team responsible for the user interface design and usability of network and system management products, include Solstice Enterprise Manager . You will design and conduct usability tests in laboratory and field settings. You will work with the other team members and with engineering team members to define product usability goals, test objectives, user profiles, user tasks, and test plans. You will be responsible for usability test logistics, including participant recruitment, equipment logistics, and test scheduling. You will conduct usability tests, and work with other team members to effectively and efficiently fold findings and results into the product user interface design process.
