     Work with human factors engineers and interdisciplinary team  involved 
     in research and design of inkjet printers.  Design a method to 
     benchmark usability of products over time.  Responsibilities may 
     include designing experiments, conducting usability tests, analyzing 
     data, and assisting other human factors engineers.  May also identify 
     and resolve usability issues through experimentation and heuristic 
     evaluation, conduct and analyze field research, influence printer 
     design, and communicate recommendations to a diverse audience.  It is 
     also expected that the candidate will contribute to the archived 
     knowledge of the emotive, cognitive and anthropometric needs of the 
     various users of the printing system.

     Skills / Knowledge Qualifications

     ----- Musts:

     Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Engineering Psychology, Cognitive 
     Psychology, Experimental Psychology, or Industrial Engineering (with 
     emphasis in Human Factors).  Must be working on a Master's or PhD in 
     Human Factors discipline.  Must possess excellent written and verbal 
     communication skills, creativity, high initiative, and a strong 
     teamwork orientation.  Requires 1) a domain knowledge of human factors 
     principles, usability testing and task analysis; 2) technical 
     competence in experimental design and statistics; and 3) solid 
     analytical skills.
