Seeking Human Factors / Usability Specialists for Needham-MA

Seeking Human Factors specialists for GUI Design, Task Analysis and
Evaluation work (including GUI Standards, Usability Testing, and Expert
Evaluation).  This is a permanent position with a client of ours.

Seeking knowledgeable Human-Machine Interface specialist to conduct Human
Engineering and Usability tasks for communications, network management, and
encryption systems and products.  Tasks include: requirements and  task
analysis, development and evaluation of  GUI prototypes, software /
hardware
design support and evaluation, and usability testing.  Position requires
ability to work effectively on one or more multi-disciplinary design teams.
Individual must possess leadership ability as well as strong written and
oral presentation skills.  Some travel  is required.  Previous experience
on
complex electronic systems is desirable. 

Education/Equivalent Training Required:
BS/BA in Cognitive / Experimental Psychology or Human Factors Engineering
(MS Preferred).  Working knowledge of ergonomics and anthropometry.

Experience:
2-5 years experience as a Human Factors or Usability Specialist.  Previous
experience in DoD environment or Armed Forces preferred.
US Citizenship required.  Must be capable of qualifying for Security
clearance.
