Immediate openings available for a GUI Specialist in the Richmond, VA  
area. Candidates should have:

* 3+ yrs. of experience in IT
* 2+ yrs. developing & maintaining GUI, Windows based applications
* Experience in Usability Engineering (Prototyping, Heuristic Evaluation,  
Usability Testing)
* Experience in 3-tier client-server applications and architecture
* Experience in formal OOA & OOD (UML, Booch, OMT)
* Hands-on development experience with C++ and/or PowerBuilder

Responsibilities will include:

* Provide usability analysis
* GUI design and development w/ emphasis on human factors.
* With general guidance, create new source code, prepare test data, test  
and debug programs written from detailed specifications.

Both full-time and contract positions are available. The salaries and rates  
are commensurate with experience.
