IDX Integrate HF principles and evaluation techniques to promote user-centered design
into the IDX development cycle.  Achieve a common look and feel across IDX
applications.  You will assist in usability testing, the development of standards,
informal train ing and website maintenance. You will conduct usability evaluations
across product lines, bring diverse project groups to consensus on design guidelines. 
Requires BA in HF, CS, psychology, cognitive science or related field; 2-5 years
experience with UI design, IDX product design/development or equivalent.  You must have
knowledge of Windows and web design, previous experience with website design, knowledge
