Chris Rogers Professor Chris (Ph. D. Stanford University) is an associate professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Tufts University. He is currently examining particulate flows and vortically induced mixing in cavity flows and turbulent jets. In particular, he is working on correlating the effect of local vorticity to local particle concentrations and to chemical mixing effectiveness. He is also examining the effect of streamwise vorticity on the mixing characteristics jet in order to control jet dispersion patterns for non-symmetrical cooling likes fluid mechanics and legos.
