General Services
- Interior and exterior repairs to all buildings
- Exterior painting of all buildings and interior painting of public
and common areas
- Maintenance of building systems such as heating, ventilation, air
conditioning, plumbing, electrical and lighting
- Maintenance of utility distribution systems
- Maintenance of building life safety and security alarm systems
- Snow removal, sidewalk sanding and salting
- Maintenance and repair of all door locks
- Disposal (via recycling trailers) of furniture, equipment, non-usable
computer equipment and building materials
- Custodial services provided by Onsource (Manager: Fredys
Medina 617 636-3901)
- Pest control

Fee-Based Services
- Installation, service and/or repair of certain departmental equipment
(dental chairs, model trimmers, etc.)
- Moving, installing and disposal of departmental furniture and equipment
- Minor carpentry work (shelving, cabinets, counters, etc.)
- Renovations required for departmental program changes not requiring
a CEA
- Painting and carpeting (outside of common areas)
- Installation of addition outlets, lights, etc. (other than required
in room/office)
All fee-based services require that an Interdepartmental Requisition
be sent to us before the work can begin. Please contact
