Special Events at Facilities

To schedule an event on the Boston Campus:
Book the desired room with the appropriate office (see link above for more information) then contact Bob Chaban, Special Events Coordinator at 617 636-6612.

If requested, we will provide for your event:

• table set-ups with chairs
• podiums (microphones must be ordered through Educational Media x0931)
• large/additional trash barrels
• coatracks and portable blackboards

An Interdeparmental Requisition (IDR) is required to cover costs for most events taking place after 3:00 p.m. and/or on weekends. Please send the IDR to:
