Notice

At least two weeks prior to the scheduled event.

IDR

We require an interdepartmental requisition at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event. There are adequate tables and chairs for up to 50 people. Some audio-visual equipment is available. Please specify the following in your request:

• Date and time for the event setup
• Date and time for the take down
• Number of people
• Type of room arrangement
• Audio-visual equipment needs
