Residential Facilities

Oversees all facilities-related issues within the residence halls including keys, mailboxes/mailbox keys and combinations, furniture, appliances, and damage billing.

Keys

Loaner keys are available to students who have locked themselves out. If a key is lost, a student may obtain a temporary key for up to three days free of charge. If a lost key cannot be found, a lock change will be arranged and a $55.00 charge will be placed on the student’s Bursar account. This lockout service is provided Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. After hours and on weekends, students must contact the Public Safety Office.
