Residential Facilities

Oversees all facilities-related issues within the residence halls including keys, mailboxes/mailbox keys and combinations, furniture, appliances, and damage billing.

Ombudsman

The office acts as ombudsman and mediator with all departments within Facilities to provide the best service possible to students. When the need arises, we also act as a liaison to Risk Management in order to assist students in the process of reimbursement for damages to their personal belongings/property.
