Residential Facilities

Oversees all facilities-related issues within the residence halls including keys, mailboxes/mailbox keys and combinations, furniture, appliances, and damage billing.

Mailboxes / Mailbox Keys and Combinations

If you have any difficulty with your key or combination to access your mailbox, or if you have a broken mailbox, please call Residential Facilities at 617-627-3992 weekdays from 9:00am until 5:00pm. After 5:00pm until 9:00am, and on weekends and University holidays, please call the Tufts University Police Department at 617-627-3030.
