Special Events

Please plan ahead for your entire event planning needs. At least two weeks prior to the date to confirm your event.

IDR

We require an Interdepartmental Requisition (IDR) at least two weeks prior to the date to confirm your event.
Please specify the following on the IDR:

• Date and time for the event setup
• Date and time for the take down
• Building location and room number(s)

Include:

• All outdoor areas on the building grounds
• Number of people
• Handicap requirements
• If food and beverages are being served
• Type of room arrangement with a sketch of your requirements
• Account to be charged and authorized signature

Faxes are accepted but please include the IDR number and account numbers within the description field as these are often illegible when recorded in the shaded areas.
