To register for NSF's FastLane at Tufts, send the following information to your Associate Director for Research Administration by Email, telephone, or fax:

• Name
• Highest Degree
• Year Conferred
• Present Organization (School)
• Department
• Street Address
• City
• State
• Zip Code
• Social Security Number (SSN) *
• Email Address
• Business Phone Number
• Business Fax Number

*About SSN use: If you wish to use a mock SSN instead of your personal SSN, that can be arranged. Also, you may send all other information by email or fax, and use the telephone to give your SSN to your Associate Director for Research Administration.
