The
Office of the Vice Provost is responsible for the
pre-award phases of funding applications. In order to meet Federal requirements,
all grant applications, along with university required forms, are reviewed
by the Office of the Vice Provost before submission
to the funding agency. We have provided a list of useful Tufts specific
information you will need to complete the forms as well as a list of
appropriate offices and individuals to contact for special reviews.

The
MS Word documents can be downloaded by simply clicking on the desired
link. If you are using MS Internet Explorer the document will automatically
open up. You then must save the file to the desired location on your
hard drive. If using Netscape, a "Save As" dialog box will appear. Simply
enter in the desired location to store the file. The file can take a
few moments to download.
