• Services: protein purification (including Taq polymerase), large scale (10-20L) bacterial and yeast culture, transformation competent cells, CsCl maxipreps of plasmids, specialized media preparation, bacterial library maintenance

• Instruments: 20L working capacity fermentor, Aminco cell press, tangential flow ultrafiltration apparatus, liquid chromatography equipment and resins, Victor 2 spectrophotometer, Stratagene realtime PCR
