Achievement: $137 million

Strategic investments in the capital of the university—new and improved facilities—have dramatically enhanced the university landscape and strengthened its capacity for world-class teaching, research, and learning, from classrooms, auditoriums, clinics and laboratories to ambitious renovations and soaring new construction. These endeavors support students and faculty in and out of the classroom and will benefit generations to come.

  7. Large Animal Isolation Unit, Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine
  8. The Luke and Lily Lerner Spay/Neuter Clinic, Cummings Veterinary School
  9. Ambulatory Service Center, Woodstock, Connecticut, Cummings Veterinary School

Renovations: 7

  1. The Steve Tisch Sports and Fitness Center, including reconfiguring Cousens Gym to meet NCAA regulations, Medford/Somerville
  2. Carmichael Hall, including a new faculty dining facility and function center, Medford/Somerville
  3. Renovated dance and movement facilities in Jackson Gym, Medford/Somerville
  4. Master Plan renovations at The Fletcher School, Medford/Somerville
  5. Arthur M. Sackler Center for Health Communication, School of Medicine
  6. Agnes Varis Campus Center, Cummings Veterinary School
  7. Expansion project at the Foster Hospital for Small Animals, Cummings Veterinary School
