- Assessing the bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of cranberry flavonoids and their impact on biomarkers of oxidative stress, inflammation, and glucoregulation in overweight and obese older adults
- Determining the effect of almonds on biomarkers of oxidative stress, inflammation, glucoregulation, lipid profiles, and vascular reactivity in patients with coronary artery disease and diabetes
- Investigating in vitro and in vivo the effects of age and environmental factors on flavonoid bioavailability and metabolism
- Characterizing the bioavailability and pharmacokinetics of whole grain barley and oat phytochemicals and their impact on oxidative stress, inflammation, and glucoregulation in overweight and obese older adults
- Testing in rats the effect of flavonoids on the fetal origins of diabetes and obesity
