With 41 residence halls and special interest housing options on the Medford/Somerville campus, undergraduates have ample choices in living on campus. All entering students and sophomores are required to live on campus, unless they commute from home. Go to the Office of Residential Life for all the details.
Special interest group housing ranges from Africana House and French House to Crafts House and International Culture House. These housing options offer undergraduates the chance to live with students who share cultural or academic interests.
For seniors, special housing is available and includes apartment-style, green living at Sophia Gordon Hall with private single bedrooms. Seniors also have the choice of traditional housing at Stratton Hall.
Commuter students can learn more about resources available to them on the Student Affairs website.
If you are interested in living off-campus, please consult the Off-Campus Housing Resource Center.
