Dear Tufts' Applicant:

On January 30, 2012, the Tufts University Human Resources Department will introduce an enhanced update to our Kenexa Applicant Tracking System, called "2xRecruit". We are pleased to implement this new system, which will improve the experience for all users ? applicants, hiring managers, and HR recruiters.

2X Recruit will address and resolve many of the concerns that have been brought to our attention by system applicants, including the ability of candidates to tailor cover letters and resumes to the position they are applying for: candidates will be able to upload up to 10 each of cover letters, resumes and supporting documents to various positions of interest.

During this transition, some Hiring Managers will have opted to finish their hiring processes under the previous system.?As a result, if you applied for a position prior to January 30, 2012, your application is still current and there is no action needed on your part.

Other positions, plus newly created job postings will be listed exclusively through the 2xRecruit system, which will be only applicant tracking system accessible to the general public.?If you are interested in any positions listed in the new system, you can go directly to the Career Center and create your new applicant profile, complete your search and review of available jobs and attach the appropriate version of your resume to each job of interest to you.?
