General Benefits Office Contact Information: Main Phone #:617-627-3270 Our Staff: Ann Mac Kenzie Ann is responsible for all aspects of the University's benefit plans, which includes planning and design of benefits policy, prudent financial operation of all plans, federal and state legal compliance, ongoing communication to the university community, administration of employee benefit programs and management/development of HR Benefits staff.? ?In addition, Ann is responsible for the HR Service Center operations and procedures which includes timely and accurate payroll processing, distribution of employee pay information, maintenance of data, Time Entry and ePAF systems administration and training, working with the various campus communities to ensure an appropriate range and level of services and the management/development of the HR Service Center staff. Robbyn Dewar Robbyn is responsible for answering inquiries related to the university?s benefit plans, new hire orientation development, website maintenance, management of escalated benefit issues, retirement plan administration (TIAA-CREF & Fidelity Investments), assisting the university?s retiree population and supervision of HR Benefits staff. Anne Marie Bumpus Anne Marie is responsible for running and transmitting weekly/biweekly vendor feeds, creating and running PeopleSoft queries and reports, resolving benefit enrollment/change online issues, conducting new hire orientations, coordination of department audits and responding to inquiries related to the university?s benefit plans. Georgia Newby Georgia is responsible for conducting new hire orientations, assisting the university?s retiree population, monitoring Benefits Feedback emails, authorizing payments to benefit vendors, J-1 student identification audits, COBRA administration, running and transmitting weekly/biweekly vendor feeds and responding to employee benefit questions. Open Position This position is responsible for conducting new hire orientations, assisting the university?s retiree population, monitoring Benefits Feedback emails, answering questions regarding long term disability leaves of absence, administration of the retirement plans and responding to employee benefit questions. Mallorie Sullivan Mallorie provides administrative support to the HR Benefits Office staff.? She is responsible for answering benefit calls, processing enrollment/change benefit forms, coordination of department meetings and training events, maintenance of confidential benefit files, department billing, budgeting and processing of on-line new hire and termination transactions. |
