Dr Lungwani T. M. Muungo, is a University graduate in pharmacy from Robert Gordon, Scotland, United Kingdom. He holds doctorate degree from the same university in pharmacy, within the field of pharmaceutical formulations. As a pharmacist, he has a wide experience as hospital, community, industrial and educational pharmacist. He has also co-ordinated the establishment of the new degree pharmacy training program currently being housed at the University of Zambia as part of School of Medicine. From its inception to date, he has been the departmental head for the period of 5 years now.

Mr. Oliver Hazemba is a Robert Gorgon University, Scotland, pharmacy degree graduate and with post graduate diplomas in effective drug management and rational use of drugs from the same university and medical education from the Centre of Medical Education at Ninewells Hospital and University of Dundee, Scotland. He has extensive experience in pharmaceutical management and rational use of drugs in Africa and South East Asia. He is currently the Regional Technical Advisor/Africa for the Management Sciences for Health's Rational Pharmaceutical Management Plus Program, Coordinator of APUA/Zambia Chapter.

Mr. Mweeemba Muvwimi is a Biomedical Scientist based at the National Reference Laboratory for tuberculosis. He has been working there for the past 10 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences, a Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology and Certificate in Medical Laboratory Sciences. In 2003 he obtained a certificate in Development of Laboratory Diagnosis of Drug Resistance Microbes in Kumamoto, Japan. He is one of the founder members of the APUA Zambia chapter. He is serving as the Chapter secretary.

Ms. Ruth Bwalya Tembwe BSc (Hons). (Bradford UK) Diploma Medical Laboratory Technology (Lusaka Zambia) Head of Zambia's National Reference Laboratory for Tuberculosis.Ms Tembwe is one of the founder members of APUA - Zambia Chapter. Her duties at the reference Laboratory include. Routine diagnostic, work research and teaching. She is also an examiner for microbiology at the biomedical sciences college in Lusaka.
