A JASCO 810 circular dichroism spectropolarimeter is located Room MV605B in the Biochemistry Department of Tufts University School of Medicine (TUSM). The instrument was installed in March of 2000 and is capable of automatically generating thermal denaturation curves between -10 and 100 deg. C. It also has a fully automatic titrator accessory, ideal for performing urea or guanidine melts or a metal ion binding titration. Users normally collect their own data. |
