Monthly:: Resident and attending meeting - Thursday p.m. (Week 1); Mortality and Morbidity Conference - Thursday p.m. (Week 2); Neuroanatomy review - Thursday p.m. (Week 3); Operative approaches review - Thursday p.m. (Week 4); 3D-Anatomy - Thursday p.m. (Week 5 if applicable)
