Tech Tip: Secure Your Data!

Make sure your data is safe during the move. How?

Place files you're working on but that aren't for group consumption in your "P" drive and group files you're working on in your "Q" drive.

That way, you still have all your files in the event anything happens to your computer.

Have questions about the move? Each department has an appointed move coordinator, who will be responsible for handing out boxes and labels, coordinating the moving of common office areas, and who may be able to answer specific questions.

What and How Should I Pack?

You are the key to a successful move! Make sure you're properly packed by following these instructions for securing:

  • Desks
  • Office Machines
  • Lateral Files
  • White Boards, Blackboards, Conference Tables
  • Personal Items (Plants, Pictures, etc.)
  • Labels
