School of Medicine Student Gala

In 1985, Tufts University School of Medicine held its first Gala. The Gala is a formal social event for all medical students and their guests and is traditionally held at one of Boston's finest hotels. Medical School faculty members, administration and staff are also invited to attend. The event is sponsored by the Student Council, with the assistance of the Office of Student Affairs, and is a great way for students to meet and mingle with their colleagues from all four classes while celebrating with cocktails, fine food, music and dancing.
