Research Day on Global Health and Infectious Diseases

The Tufts University Office of the Vice Provost is hosting a series of Research Days to showcase current work on Tufts' three campuses and at its affiliated hospitals.

The next event, "Global Health and Infectious Disease," will feature talks on water and food pathogens, preventive strategies, vaccines, emerging infectious diseases, as well as poster presentations. The event will also feature a special guest speaker, Gerald T. Keusch, MD, Boston University, who will give an overview of issues in global health.

The event will be held on Monday, October 5, 2009, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging, 711 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02111. Your participation will help build the success of this event.
