Collins, MD Michael F. Collins, MD is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine. He is a nationally respected education and health care policy advocate and leader of not for profit health care, was appointed Senior Vice President for Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts and interim Chancellor of the University of Massachusetts Medical School in June of 2007.
