How many grams each of carbohydrate, protein, and total fat add up to your daily calorie needs?

The percentages and grams of total calories for carbohydrate, protein, and total fat are listed below. One gram of carbohydrate and one gram of protein both equal 4 calories. One gram of fat equals 9 calories.
