Dr. Hendricks is an Associate Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. She is an experienced nutritionist with clinical and research experience. She has expertise in methods of nutritional assessment, their abilities and limitations. Dr. Hendricks teaches the required course on nutritional assessment to students at the Dorothy Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts. Her responsibilities on the Nutrition and Metabolism Core include providing advice about appropriate dietary assessment methods and overseeing the training of staff at member sites in dietary assessments, anthropometry, and clinical assessment of nutritional status.
