Focus |
Dr. Koch-Weser’s research interests center around communication inequalities; why some groups are better able to access, process, and act on health information than others. She is particularly interested in the role of community-based agencies in health information dissemination, especially to people with limited health literacy. She also has experience in refugee/immigrant health and coordinated a behavioral risk factor survey for Cambodian Community Health 2010, a REACH 2010 project in Lowell, Massachusetts.
