TLC is a core facility offering Flow and Laser Cytometry equipment and services to the local scientific community.

We provide cell sorting services on two MoFlos (Dako, ne Cytomation). Options range from sorting single populations into multi-well plates (clonally or any number specified) to bulk sorting in up to four populations simultaneously. Currently up to five fluorescent parameters are available, with plans underway to add at least two more.

We have walk up (self-service) FACS analysis available on a FACSCalibur (Becton Dickinson). This machine has two lasers and can detect up to four fluorescent A parameters.

NEW: Our wait times have drastically reduced with the introduction of our second sorter. We've also reduced our cancellation time. Stay tuned ...

Coming soon: We will be purchasing a new analytic machine with four lasers which is capable of detecting up to 14 fluorescent parameters.
