Article X: Student Council Policy on Alcohol

The Student Council will not fund alcohol for any organization or event where alcohol is served unsupervised. Appropriate supervision is provided by any established public place of business with a liquor license, or in the case of private functions, may be provided by police, according to the established guidelines. The policy of Student Council is to encourage only responsible drinking, and groups desiring to use alcohol without appropriate supervision will not be allowed to use their Student Council funds for this purpose.
