Regular Operational Hours – 
During the academic term, M - F: 10 am to 5 pm and 60 minutes prior to ticketed events
May 5th - August 28th- F: 12 pm to 4 pm
Closed for all Massachusetts and Federal holidays.

The Box Office accepts the following forms of payment –
Phone Orders: Visa or Mastercard ONLY
Walk-up Window: Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Check


We do not have online ticket sales at this time.

Please Note –
No refunds or exchanges on tickets.
On evenings of ticketed events, phone orders are not accepted beginning 40 minutes prior to the performance due to high walk-up window transactions.
The Granoff Music Center Box Office does not sell tickets to events in the Balch Arena Theater.
